These Terms govern your access to and use of Heart Of The House, owned by Lucky Dreamer LLC.

Which version applies

These revised Terms apply only to accounts created at or after October 12, 2026 at 12:00 UTC (the “Effective Time”). Accounts created before the Effective Time remain governed by the Terms of Use dated April 5, 2026, including during any prepaid subscription period and subsequent renewals, unless the account holder expressly agrees to different terms. Continued use, payment, or renewal alone does not constitute agreement to this revision.

Use of service

Free, Pro, and Portfolio are consumer plans for lawful home organization and care of your own, household, or family residential properties. This includes rental homes you own and self-manage, including through an entity you control that owns those properties.

You must not use your consumer account or subscription to hold and manage third-party clients’ home records as part of a paid property-management, co-hosting, or home-care business. That use requires a separate written business-license agreement with Lucky Dreamer LLC before it begins. A Portfolio subscription, including its unlimited-home allowance, does not provide that license.

An owner or household may keep its own account and any required subscription and invite a paid cleaner, caretaker, co-host, or other helper within the plan’s member limits. A helper may accept invitations from multiple independently subscribed owners. Each owner or household must retain control of its own account, subscription, and home records; the helper’s subscription must not replace theirs.

“Owner” and “owned homes” in the app or plan limits describe control of a home record, not proof of legal property ownership or permission to operate a client-management business.

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

We may send product updates, plan announcements, or promotional offers to your account email unless you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in those emails or by updating your settings.

Your content and data

You may submit information such as home details, tasks, notes, projects, supplies, House Log entries, chat messages, and optional photos. You retain your rights in your content, but you authorize us to host, process, and use it as needed to operate and improve the service for you.

No professional advice

App suggestions and chat responses are informational only. They are not a substitute for licensed contractor, engineering, electrical, plumbing, legal, tax, insurance, medical, or emergency advice. For hazardous, urgent, or regulated work, use qualified professionals and follow manufacturer instructions, local codes, and applicable safety guidance.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Mobile billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access generally continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Third-party links and services

We may show links to third-party retailers, service providers, or other external content. We are not responsible for third-party products, pricing, availability, content, terms, or privacy practices. Some links may be affiliate links.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. Revised terms will state their effective date and applicability. Changes affecting existing accounts are subject to any notice and acceptance required by applicable law. This section does not override the existing-account protection above.

Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the service at any time and may delete your account in-app from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Lucky Dreamer LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
