These Terms govern your access to and use of Heart Of The House, owned by Lucky Dreamer LLC.

Use of service

You may use the service only for lawful home organization, planning, and related personal or business property-management purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

We may send product updates, plan announcements, or promotional offers to your account email unless you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in those emails or by updating your settings.

Your content and data

You may submit information such as home details, tasks, notes, projects, supplies, House Log entries, chat messages, and optional photos. You retain your rights in your content, but you authorize us to host, process, and use it as needed to operate and improve the service for you.

No professional advice

App suggestions and chat responses are informational only. They are not a substitute for licensed contractor, engineering, electrical, plumbing, legal, tax, insurance, medical, or emergency advice. For hazardous, urgent, or regulated work, use qualified professionals and follow manufacturer instructions, local codes, and applicable safety guidance.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Mobile billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access generally continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Third-party links and services

We may show links to third-party retailers, service providers, or other external content. We are not responsible for third-party products, pricing, availability, content, terms, or privacy practices. Some links may be affiliate links.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised Terms apply.

Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the service at any time and may delete your account in-app from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Lucky Dreamer LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
